Minimum Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed at least the SEE or equivalent examination from a recognized educational institution.
Candidates who have obtained their educational qualification from an institution outside Nepal must submit an Equivalence Certificate along with their educational qualification documents.
Preference will be given to candidates who have passed SEE or equivalent examination with Second Division or above.
Additional Qualification
Candidates with computer-related skills and those who possess a motorcycle driving license will be given preference.
Areas of Training
Selected trainees will receive practical training according to the institution's requirements. The training may include work in designated geographical and regional areas and activities such as:
Group formation among target communities
Center operation
Savings and credit mobilization
Financial literacy programs
Program and office management
Complete documentation and record-keeping of microfinance transactions

Examination and Selection Process

Field Concept
Applicants included in the shortlist will be required to report to the designated branch office of the financial institution for a maximum of 7 days for the field concept program.
Candidates must prepare and submit a field concept report in the prescribed format to the same branch office.
No remuneration or payment will be provided for the field concept program.
Applicants who do not submit the required field concept report will not be included in the interview process.
Interview
After completion of the field concept program, applicants found suitable will be invited to participate in the interview.
Only candidates who successfully pass the interview examination will be selected for training as Assistant Trainees.
Age Limit
Applicants must have completed 18 years of age and must not have exceeded 34 years of age as of the final date for submitting the application.
For female candidates, the maximum age limit is 39 years.
Shortlisting
The financial institution will prepare the shortlist of candidates based on the selection criteria determined by the institution.
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the field concept and subsequent selection procedures.
Training and Appointment
Selected candidates will be required to work at the office designated by the financial institution.
The training period will be determined according to the rules of the institution.
A stipend/remuneration during the training period will be provided according to the institution's rules.
During the training period, a competitive examination will be conducted for entry into permanent service.
Trainees will have to participate in the competitive examination conducted for permanent employment. The competitive examination will include written, oral, and practical examinations, as applicable.
Candidates who successfully complete the required examination and training process will be appointed to the position of Junior Program Assistant on a probationary basis according to the institution's rules.
