Aarambha Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is a national-level financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank under “Class D”. The institution has been operating microfinance programs through 150 branch offices across 57 districts in seven provinces of Nepal.

Vacancy Details
1. Position: Senior Manager / Manager / Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager

- Minimum Required Qualification: Must have completed a Master’s degree or equivalent and possess at least 5 years of experience at the managerial level in microfinance, bank, or financial institutions; or must have completed a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 8 years of managerial-level work experience in microfinance or banking/financial institutions. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in various departments of microfinance institutions.
2. Position: Senior Officer / Officer (Program / Monitoring Officer)

- Minimum Required Qualification: Must have completed at least a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized educational institution and have a minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Branch Manager in a microfinance financial institution. Preference will be given to candidates with monitoring officer experience.
3. Position: Senior Assistant / Supervisor (Branch Manager)

- Minimum Required Qualification: Must have completed at least a Proficiency Certificate Level from a recognized educational institution. Preference will be given to candidates with 2 years of work experience in a microfinance financial institution and a Bachelor’s degree qualification.
Additional Information
For all the above-mentioned positions, candidates must have good knowledge of email, internet, and computer operation.
Age limit:
Managerial level: Must have completed 25 years and not exceeded 45 years
Officer level: Must have completed 21 years and not exceeded 40 years
Assistant level: Must have completed 18 years and not exceeded 35 years
(An additional 5 years age relaxation applies for women.)
Candidates who have obtained academic qualifications from institutions outside Nepal must submit an equivalency certificate.
Salary and other benefits will be as per the rules of the financial institution.
