Shree Environment and Biodiversity Group (BEE-Group), an organization registered in Banke District in B.S. 2056, has been working in the fields of environmental protection, biodiversity conservation, sustainable agriculture, food security, health and nutrition, climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction, social development and community empowerment. The organization has been implementing various programs for the conservation of natural resources, improvement of livelihoods, food security, climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction, social inclusion, economic empowerment and community development.
The organization has been implementing programs in partnership with Care Nepal, IDE Nepal, Shushasan, ..., and other development partners in Banke District. Similarly, the organization has been implementing projects in Duduwa Rural Municipality of Banke District, focusing on improving the livelihoods and food security of vulnerable communities, women and children.
Under this program, BEE-Group invites applications from qualified and interested Nepali citizens for the following position.

Educational Qualification
Must have completed Proficiency Certificate Level / equivalent education in Agriculture from a recognized educational institution.
Preference will be given to candidates having relevant training and practical knowledge in agriculture.
Work Experience and Responsibilities
At least 3 years of work experience in agricultural development and production, particularly in the field of healthy/safe agricultural production, is required.
Experience in working with farmers and local communities and in facilitating agricultural-related programs will be an advantage.
The candidate should have the ability to conduct awareness, training and capacity-building activities for women and farmers.
Must have the ability to coordinate with local government, community groups and other stakeholders.
Must have good communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to support farmers in improving agricultural production through appropriate technologies and practices.
Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge and experience in organic/agroecological farming and improved agricultural practices.
The candidate should have the ability to prepare reports and maintain necessary records related to the assigned work.
