Assistant Manager (Open 08/2082/083)

Senior Officer (Open 09/2082/083)

Junior Assistant (Open 11/2082/083)

  • Passed at least SLC/SEE or equivalent examination from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal. For the Junior Assistant position, at least 2 years of experience in the microfinance sector is required. Or, for applicants with a Proficiency Certificate Level or higher academic qualification from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal, at least 1 year of work experience in the microfinance sector is required. (Candidates having a two-wheeler vehicle and local applicants from the hill districts of Gandaki Province, Karnali Province and other provinces will be given special preference.)

Trainee Assistant (Open 12/2082/083)

• Qualification:

  • Passed at least SLC/SEE or equivalent examination from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal. (Candidates having a two-wheeler vehicle and local applicants from the hill districts of Gandaki Province, Karnali Province and other provinces will be given special preference.)

• For the Managerial Category, candidates must have completed 21 years and not exceeded 58 years.
• For the Officer Category, candidates must have completed 21 years and not exceeded 40 years.
• For the Assistant Category, candidates must have completed 18 years and not exceeded 35 years.
• Female applicants: +5 years upper age limit for Officer/Assistant
