Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, a “D” class financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, is currently providing microfinance services through 158 branch offices across 73 districts. In order to expand microfinance services in rural areas, the institution invites applications from eligible Nepali citizens who are willing to work in rural communities.

2. Minimum Educational Qualification:

• Must have passed SEE or an equivalent examination from a recognized educational institution.

• Candidates who have passed +2 (Intermediate) or Bachelor’s level will be given priority.

3. Additional Qualifications:

• Priority will be given to candidates who have computer knowledge and a motorcycle driving license.

4. Training Period:

During the training period, trainees must stay at the assigned local levels or designated locations and receive training on:

• Forming groups

• Managing savings and credit operations

• Maintaining all microfinance-related records

• Performing all field and operational duties as instructed

• Interview

6. Age Requirement:

• Must be at least 18 years old on the final date of application.

• Must not exceed 34 years (for females, not more than 39 years).

7. Shortlisting:
