Aviyan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, a financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank to carry out “D” class financial transactions, invites applications from eligible Nepali citizens for the following vacant positions.

Interested and qualified candidates are requested to submit their applications along with a duly filled application form, recent passport-size photograph, Nepali citizenship certificate, national identity card, educational qualification certificates, and documents proving relevant work experience.

Applications must be submitted within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. by 2083/04/23, by email to vacancy.aviyan@gmail.com or by submitting them to the Central Office of Aviyan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. at Panauti Municipality–4, Thado Bato, Kavrepalanchok.

1. Senior Manager / Assistant Manager / Manager

• Minimum Qualification and Experience: Master's degree or equivalent from a recognized educational institution, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of work experience in the financial sector.

• Additional Experience / Preference: Candidates who have passed Chartered Accountancy (C.A.) or are Semi-Qualified C.A. candidates will be preferred. Candidates with experience as a departmental head in the Credit/Accounts/Monitoring Department of a microfinance financial institution will also be preferred.

2. Senior Officer / Junior Officer

• Category: Officer

• Minimum Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized educational institution, or a Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL) or equivalent qualification, with at least 5 years of work experience in the financial sector.

• Additional Experience / Preference: Candidates with experience as a Branch Manager, Area Manager, Monitoring Officer, or Department Head of a microfinance institution will be preferred.

3. Supervisor

• Minimum Qualification and Experience: Passed PCL or equivalent examination with at least 2 years of work experience in the financial sector.

• Additional Experience / Preference: Candidates with experience as a Branch Head of a microfinance financial institution after completing PCL or equivalent will be preferred.

• Minimum Qualification and Experience: Passed PCL or equivalent examination with at least 2 years of work experience in the financial sector.

• Additional Experience / Preference: Candidates with experience in accounting and field-related work in a microfinance financial institution will be preferred.

6. Junior Assistant / Junior Assistant (Trainee)

• Category: Assistant

For Junior Assistant:

• Passed SLC or equivalent examination.

• At least 2 years of work experience in the financial sector.

For Junior Assistant (Trainee):

• Passed SLC or equivalent examination.

• Candidates who can ride a motorcycle or bicycle and are willing to work in mountainous and rural areas will be given preference.

Age Limit

The applicant must meet the following age requirements as of the final date for submitting the application:

• Managerial Level: Completed 21 years and not exceeded 45 years.

• Officer Level: Completed 21 years and not exceeded 40 years.

• Assistant Level: Completed 18 years and not exceeded 35 years.

• Female candidates: The upper age limit will be increased by 5 years.

Salary, Benefits and Type of Service

Salary, allowances, benefits, and other facilities will be provided according to the rules of the financial institution.

Place of Work

Selected candidates will be required to work at the offices/branches designated by the financial institution.

Selection Process

For Advertisement Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, the selection process will include presentation and interview.

For Junior Assistant (Trainee) under Advertisement No. 6, the selection process will include a written examination and interview.
