Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, a Class “D” licensed microfinance financial institution by Nepal Rastra Bank, with its working area in Madhesh Province and Central Office located at Mithila Municipality–6, Dhalkebar, Dhanusha, invites applications from qualified Nepali citizens for the following positions at its various branch offices.

1. Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Officer (Management Category)

Educational Qualification:
A Master's degree in Management, Banking, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Accounting, Statistics, Social Science, Political Science, Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, Chartered Accountancy, or an equivalent qualification, with at least 7 years of management-level experience in a bank or financial institution.
2. Assistant Officer – Officer (Sixth Level)

Educational Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with at least 2 years of experience in the financial sector. Candidates must have experience in branch operations, credit, recovery, accounting, A.L.M., or as a branch head in a microfinance institution.

Passed +2 or equivalent examination with more than 2 years of work experience in the microfinance sector. Candidates with computer-related knowledge, a motorcycle/scooter driving license, and their own means of transportation will be given preference.
4. Assistant – Assistant Level, Fourth Level

5. Junior Assistant – Assistant Level, Third Level

Educational Qualification:
Passed SLC/SEE or equivalent examination. Candidates with experience will be given preference. Preference will also be given to candidates holding a motorcycle/scooter driving license and having their own means of transportation.
Age Limit
For the Deputy Chief Executive Officer position: Must have completed 21 years and must not have exceeded 55 years.
For the Assistant Officer position: Must have completed 21 years and must not have exceeded 45 years.
For Assistant-level positions: Must have completed 18 years and must not have exceeded 35 years.
The age limit will not apply to permanent employees of the financial institution who are within the specified age limit.
Except for Advertisement No. 01/2083/084, the upper age limit for female candidates will be extended by 5 years.
Examination Type
For Advertisement No. 01/2083/084, the selection process will include business plan presentation and interview.
For the other positions, the selection process will include oral interview, practical examination, and field-concept examination, as applicable.
Nature of Service
The service will be governed according to the rules and regulations of the financial institution.
Candidates who successfully pass the interview under Advertisement No. 01/2083/084 will be appointed to permanent service.
For Advertisement Nos. 02/2083/084 and 03/2083/084, candidates with 2 years of experience, and for Advertisement Nos. 04/2083/084 and 05/2083/084, candidates with 1 year of experience, who successfully pass the interview will be appointed to the probationary period in accordance with the Employee Service Regulations of the financial institution.
Candidates who do not have the specified experience will be placed in a 6-month pre-service training program. During the training period, no facilities other than the training allowance will be provided. Only candidates who successfully complete the pre-service training will be appointed to the probationary period of the financial institution.

Deputy Chief Executive Officer: NPR 1,000
Assistant Officer: NPR 800

The examination fee must be deposited in the name of Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited at Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited, Dhalkebar Branch, Account No. 11950034076200011, and the cash deposit receipt or voucher application must be attached with the application.
Applications that are incomplete or do not meet the required criteria will be rejected during the screening process. In such cases, the examination fee will not be refunded.
Candidates who have completed their education from an educational institution or board outside Nepal must submit an equivalence certificate (Certificate of Equivalence).
Shortlist: The list of shortlisted candidates will be published on the financial institution's website on 2083/05/29 (Monday). Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
