Manushi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, a national-level microfinance financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank as a ‘Class D’ institution, with its central office located at Banepa Municipality-13, Bhaisepati, Banepa, Kavre, invites applications from eligible and interested Nepali citizens to fill the following positions through open competitive selection for its branch offices. Position: Supervisor / Senior Assistant (Branch Head)

Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of work experience in a microfinance financial institution, or
Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL) with at least 3 years of work experience in a microfinance financial institution.

Minimum Qualification:
Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL) or Plus Two (+2) passed with at least 2 years of work experience as an Assistant in a microfinance financial institution.
Willing to work in rural field areas.

Position: Junior Assistant

Number Required: 3
Minimum Qualification:
SLC or equivalent passed with at least 1 year of work experience in a microfinance financial institution.
Preference will be given to candidates who have passed PCL or Plus Two (+2).
Willing to work in rural field areas.
Notes
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years. In the case of female candidates, the upper age limit is extended by 5 years.
Selection Process: Candidates shortlisted will be selected through an interview.
Salary and Benefits: As per the rules and regulations of the financial institution.
Special Skills: Preference will be given to candidates with good knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel, Email, Internet) and a valid motorcycle driving license.
