Vacancy Details
1. Officer / Junior Officer
Department: Head Office (Accounts Department)
Number: 1
Minimum Qualification:
Master’s degree in Management with at least 2 years of work experience in a related field, or
Bachelor’s degree in Management with at least 4 years of work experience in a related field
Priority will be given to candidates with experience in the financial sector

2. Junior Officer (Monitoring Officer)
Department: Monitoring

Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in a related field, or
Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL) with at least 4 years of experience in a related field
Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked as a Monitoring Officer

3. Junior Officer

Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in a related field
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in audit-related work

Proficiency Certificate Level passed with relevant work experience
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the microfinance sector and those holding a Bachelor’s degree

6. Junior Officer / Supervisor / Senior Assistant
Position: Branch Manager

Minimum Qualification:
For Junior Officer:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or
Proficiency Certificate Level with at least 4 years of experience
For Supervisor or Senior Assistant:
Proficiency Certificate Level with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience as a Branch Manager

Age Limit
For Supervisor, Senior Assistant, and Assistant:
Minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years
For Junior Officer and Officer:
Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years
Female candidates will receive an additional 5 years age relaxation.
